The role manages client data, invoicing, payments and enquiries, and helps older residents and people with disability access services through accurate information, smooth processes and support with My Aged Care referrals. It ensures high‑quality, efficient service delivery in line with Aged Care Standards.About the Role Deliver high‑quality administrative support including managing phone calls, invoices, purchasing, inboxes, data entry and accurate client payment/statistical records. Support Community Services operations by preparing monthly client invoices, resolving issues, maintaining databases, and assisting with My Aged Care referrals. Provide information to older residents and people with disability, uphold customer service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in line with Aged Care Standards.About you Experience in administrative or community services roles, with an understanding of records management practices in local government.
